During my stay at Newport Beach Hotel & Suites, I found the location to be fantastic, just a short walk to Easton Beach and the Cliff Walk. However, I was disappointed with the additional $12 daily parking fee, as it felt excessive given the overall cost of the room. The amenities, like the outdoor hot tub with beautiful views, were a highlight, but the lack of dining options within the hotel was a letdown.

Unfortunately, the hotel lacked food service, and the complimentary coffee and tea were not available all day, which I found disappointing.

The rooftop hot tub and fire pit offered stunning views and was a lovely place to unwind, although I did wish there were more indoor activities available, like the pool, which I couldn't use late at night.

I had a pretty mixed experience at Newport Beach Hotel & Suites. On the bright side, the location near the beach was fantastic, and the rooftop views were stunning, especially from the hot tub. However, I faced some hiccups during check-in, like having to wait for my room to be ready, which detracted from the stay.

This hotel is ideally placed, just across the street from Easton Beach and close to the Cliff Walk. I loved being able to stroll around and explore the area, plus there are some good local restaurants within walking distance.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during my stay for renovations, which was a bummer. I would've loved to grab a meal there since I heard decent things about it.

The facilities were nice enough, with an indoor pool and hot tub, but they were closed for maintenance on my visit. The rooftop area was cool but small, which made it hard to find a spot to relax at times.

My stay at the Newport Beach Hotel & Suites had its ups and downs. While the staff was friendly and the views from the rooftop were stunning, there were some aspects that needed improvement. The rooms were clean and spacious, but I encountered issues with limited towel availability and parking arrangements. Overall, it was a decent stay but not without its frustrations.

My stay at Newport Beach Hotel & Suites was quite a mix. The proximity to Easton Beach was fantastic, making it easy to enjoy the seaside. However, the room I stayed in felt outdated and was located near the busy street, which came with incessant traffic noise. On a positive note, the indoor pool area was well-maintained and inviting, perfect for a family getaway, but the kitchen in my suite could have used some updates and a deeper clean.

My room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, but the overall décor and cleanliness needed some attention. The suite did have a nice view, and the jetted jacuzzi was a fun feature, even if I didn't use it.
